We are looking for an IT Recruiter in our company who have 2+yrs of Exp in IT end-to-end recruitment and can join us immediately.

Roles and Responsibilities

 

  • End to End IT & Tech/Technology hiring
  • Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Determine selection criteria & Source potential candidates through various channels.
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by the department.
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments & F2F.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • Supervise recruiting personnel.
  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.
  • Contribute to the strategic agenda of talent management and translate organizational talent strategy into planning.
  • Understanding the technicalities of learning, development, and talent management processes.
  • Ability to conceptualize processes and frameworks for enabling talent-related processes.
  • Data management and data analysis including an eye for picking mistakes

 

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Must be Post Graduate
  • Should have 2+yrs in end-to-end recruitment in IT
  • Should have good English communication and Hindi manageable
