Roles and Responsibilities
- End to End IT & Tech/Technology hiring
- Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Determine selection criteria & Source potential candidates through various channels.
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by the department.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments & F2F.
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Supervise recruiting personnel.
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.
- Contribute to the strategic agenda of talent management and translate organizational talent strategy into planning.
- Understanding the technicalities of learning, development, and talent management processes.
- Ability to conceptualize processes and frameworks for enabling talent-related processes.
- Data management and data analysis including an eye for picking mistakes
Desired Candidate Profile
- Must be Post Graduate
- Should have 2+yrs in end-to-end recruitment in IT
- Should have good English communication and Hindi manageable
