* 5+ years of work experience with at least 3+ years of IT experience in developing and implementing information technology systems

* Minimum 3 years of experience in project management and strong understanding SDLC project management practices

* Minimum 2 years of experience in a Scrum Master role leading different Agile teams

* Scrum Master for development teams, also acting as Agile Coach for other teams in India

* Work with business teams to shape business requirements and provide ongoing communication through project execution

* Ensures development stories, acceptance criteria, assumptions, and all related documentation are timely and complete, supporting development, testing, and user acceptance activities.
