Experience in product architecture and design , considering high-performance and security for web-based applications.

•Experience with MVC frameworks (Spring & Struts) .

•Strong at OO design patterns and concepts.

•Expertise in Data structures and algorithms.

•Working knowledge with JPA frame works (Hibernate) .

•Experience in leading the technical teams for application development , for a minimum of 3 years.

•Exposure to Web services / Interoperability solutions.

•Good understanding about mobile solutions , responsive design and adaptive design.

•Ability to write high-quality design documents and performing formal code reviews.

•Must be savvy with design and deployment of business applications.

•Excellent communication skills (oral , written , and presentation) and strong interpersonal skills , along with the ability to work as a member of a team with minimum supervision.

•Ability to present and explain technical information to diverse audiences in a way that establishes rapport , persuades users , and gains understanding.

•Proven experience in troubleshooting complex performance issues.
