Educational Qualification : Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or a related field or an equivalent combination of education , training , and experience.

Expert in J2EE design patterns

Significant development experience in Java , J2EE , Struts , DAOs , Web Services , XML and XSLT

Strong Designing experience

Experience in Ajax , JavaScript and HTML

Experience with all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle

Experience working on Linux / Unix environment

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Self-motivated , flexible , and team player

Ability to multi-task and function efficiently within very aggressive schedules / deadline.
