• Expert level knowledge in Java/ J2EE/ PL-SQL

• Good understanding of the Tools used in the Project (internal and external).

• Good working experience on Application Servers JBoss/ WebSphere/ WebLogic.

• Good knowledge of Code quality analysis and Unit testing tools.

• Good working knowledge of configuration management tools like SVN, CVS, ClearCase.

• Good work ethics.

• Domain knowledge on Healthcare.

• Team Management Planning tasks, allocation of Deliverables, and performance management.

• Good communication skills (Written and Oral).

• Solutioning experience medium/ large scale application
