Profile: We are looking for a talented senior java& basics of python profile to be a part of the Product Engineering Team.

The candidate should have good experience with java/j2ee based technologies who can drive the technical success of the project by providing directions to the technical team.

The person will contribute to the team as a technical mentor and ensure that the team has the proper technical knowledge in order to be successful.

In collaboration with the Technical Manager, you proactively inform the technical risks or process issues e.g. changing priorities during a sprint, lack of planning, and you do this in a constructive manner.

Technical competencies:

Write effective, scalable code.

Manage end-to-end development process with a strong emphasis on readability and documentation.

Develop back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance. Integrate user-facing elements into applications.

Assess and prioritize feature requests Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions Required Skills Experience in Python software development.

Experience in Django Web development. Experience with HTML5 and CSS3 is a major plus. Familiarity with RDBMS and MYSQL databases. Database experience including schema design and SQL optimization.

Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture. Strong unit test and debugging skills. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools.

• Strong Java/J2EE development experience with demonstrated ability to develop and

troubleshoot large mission applications& amp; software products.

• Experience on exception handling, correct use of data structures, multi-threaded programming,

memory management and application tuning.

• Excellent exposure in object Oriented /design skills using Java/J2ee along with:
• Experience in designing Spring boot micro services.
• Experience in Hibernate, JPA.
• Experience in developing REST services.
• Should have an understanding of working on Web Service (SOAP/REST) and Maven.
• Database Knowledge - Oracle, MySQL.
• Technical design, implementation, deployment, and support.
• Partner with Business Analysts to review and implement business requirements.
• Perform development and unit testing, working closely with Business.
• Mentors and oversees the development of resources, including reviewing designs and performing code reviews.
• Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications.
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Developing high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems and delivering high-availability and performance.
