• Basic Oracle/SQL DB knowledge of RDBMS

• Java, debugging java code and analysing stack trace

• Webservices (SOAP/REST), JSON, XML

• Basic network troubleshooting eg. Netstat, telnet, traceroute

• Windows Server Environments knowledge eg. Checking server health, Perf stats

• Unix/Linux basic knowledge eg. Navigation of system, Health check

• API Testing SOAP UI/Postman

• Knowledge in ITIL processes, incident management, problem management and change management

Preferred to Have-

• Scripting Java, Groovy, Unix shell scripting, Windows batch scripting

• Splunk monitoring

• Authentication LDAP, certs, SSO

• MQ/JM

• Requirement Gathering/Analysis skills
