Serve as a point of contact for Enterprise Systems Jira as a technical resource
-> Responsible for Atlassian suite engineering, development, configuration, integration, implementation, operations and maintaining
-> May cross train other team members on Atlassian suite and be cross trained on other enterprise systems
-> Administer and support customer Atlassian (JIRA, Confluence, Service Desk) instances
-> Discover and populate the Insight CMDB
-> Accurately and consistently document necessary information that is easily digested by other people (Wiki articles, procedural documentation, technical briefings).
-> Provided technical and administrative support for current and future confluence implementations
-> Demonstrate strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
-> Design, build and maintain Jira Software and workflows including project workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, notification schemes required to support on-boarding and off-boarding activities.
-> Design, build and maintain inter-project data flows, automations to support complex business processes.
-> Developing components (add-ons) or customizations for the Atlassian suite of tools.
-> Developing interfaces / connectors (custom or open source microservices) with enterprise systems and services for various integration projects.
-> Build Atlassian automations or external automations as needed
-> Create technical documentation for all scripts and integration points for Jira and Jira Service Desk.
-> Attend standing project meetings, agile ceremonies

Required Experience/Skills:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
-> 3-8+ years as an Atlassian expert with the JIRA, JIRA Service Desk and Confluence applications and administration
-> Excellent documentation skills to create reference Atlassian Suite with primary references to (Atlassian/Jira)
-> Hands-on prior contribution and leading: development of connectors, Atlassian: development, configuration, integration, implementation and operations
-> Hands-on experience using JIRA REST APIs for integration with other tools.
-> Experience with Insight CMDB.
-> Desire Atlassian certification for JIRA, JIRA Service Desk and Confluence, with a preference of experience with deployment and management of the before mentioned applications in an Atlassian Data Center configuration.
