• Internal Follow-ups with Plant Team
• Customer Follow-ups ( i.e Purchase Orders / Documentation )
• Preparation of complete Exports/shipment documentation
• Documents submission to finance, Bank, Customer
• Commercial Invoice preparation, packing list, and other shipping documentation for dispatch materials
• Checking transportation bills, processing service order
• Preparing MIS
