WHAT WE RE LOOKING FOR

SkySpecs is seeking a Junior Product Manager that will gain a deep working understanding of the SkySpecs products and work with various stakeholders throughout the organization to coordinate various product activities. You will be tasked with helping SkySpecs take our autonomous inspection product to the next level to continue double-digit growth. The Junior Product Manager role is a high-visibility role within the organization, and you will have the opportunity to work directly with customers to understand their needs, work with SkySpecs leadership on product strategy, work with Sales and Marketing to build go-to-market materials and to work with the technology teams to develop amazing software.

REQUIREMENTS

• Product instincts that focus on the user and drive delivering value to the customer

• 2+ years in a software product management , business analysis or product engineering role working on web-based applications

• BA/BS in Business, Engineering, or another technical/analytical field

• Demonstrated project management skills in development, implementation or technical analysis projects

• Experience developing software requirements and communicating with development teams

• Strong written, presentation, and communication skills to both internal and external stakeholders

• Renewable or wind energy asset management experience

• Product design, user interface design, or software development experience

• Pragmatic Marketing/Gartner marketing methodology experience

• Startup experience
