  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting process: Source, scout, screen, and recruit the best talent

  • Manage the end to end hiring process.

  • Responsible for end to end recruitment in IT.

  • Handle IT recruitment for all level positions

  • Experience in CEIPAL ATS

  • Understanding of all selection methods and techniques

  • Prepare monthly Recruitment Scorecard.

  • Sourcing and Screening of CVs through various Sources, job-portals, social networks

  • Be responsible for Client relationships and meeting client expectations.

  • Coordinate with hiring managers and understand the clients requirement

  • Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position

  • Must have experience in handling a team of Junior Recruiters.
