You will be part of an enthusiastic and energetic team involved in developing framework for system engineers to design and develop embedded systems in MATLAB and Simulink. Model Based Design(MBD) is increasingly becoming critical for the development of embedded systems and Simulink is the industry leading MBD tool for engineers and scientists. The successful candidate will use their knowledge of Embedded Linux to support latest generation of SoC's from Xilinx and Intel in MathWorks tools.

Location : Hyderabad

Role & responsibilities:

• Create and integrate customized Linux for Xilinx and intel platforms.
• Enabling/Porting/customization of drivers like PCIe, Ethernet, CAN, Camera, AXI streaming and memory interfaces.
• Build customized Linux images using build systems like buildroot, PetaLinux and Yocto.
• Work with packages like G-Streamer, V4L2, ALSA, LTTng.
• Work with RT kernel patches.
• Work with Docker Technology.
• Participate in, and contribute to, design reviews, code reviews, and project planning.

Minimum qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree and 7 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 5 years of professional work experience, or a PhD degree, or equivalent experience) is required.
• Expertise with embedded systems
• Expertise with C programming
• Knowledge of C++

Additional qualifications:

• Experience on AXI, JTAG, and USB for SoCsfrom Xilinx or Intel.
• Knowledge of Python is a plus.
• Knowledge of MATLAB or Simulink is a plus.
