Roles and Responsibilities: Equipment Operation and Maintenance Engineer

Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience: Freshers and above

Qualification: Diploma or B.E in EECE/EEE

Location: Hyderabad

Job Description: Operation and Maintenance Engineer to operate the equipment and provide routine maintenance support for Magnetron Sputtering System at DMRL, Hyderabad.

• Preparation of the equipment for the experiment
• Checking the equipment before switching ON: All interlocks, chamber door, water inlet and outlet lines, gas cylinder lines etc.,
• Checking of accessories: water level, pressure level, chiller health and gas pressure from the cylinder
• Sample Preparation, Monitoring the experiments and saving the data
• Cleaning of chamber after each experiment
• Switching of the power supplies
• Periodically cleaning and changing of water in the water chiller etc.,
