The Supply Chain Fulfillment team is responsible for streamlining and improving the supply planning processes by optimizing the inventory and replenishing planning cycles and creating time-phased inventory, distribution, and deployment plans that recognize the interdependencies of the network and customer service and inventory investment constraints.
You will be working on the administration of business processes related to orders for goods or services. You will also assess, design, build, and implement best practices in process, organization, and technology from order creation to order fulfillment; financial settlement including order prioritization, purchase order receipt, invoice matching, inventory availability and promise, accuracy and fulfillment; provisioning of services; and activation of billing.

Requirements
- A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Bachelor's Degree or similar field would be preferable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good Computer Knowledge (MS Office and very good knowledge of Excel (Advanced Excel formula knowledge) and PowerPoint).
- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
- To efficiently and accurately execute core processes for assigned job roles.
- Prepare customized reports for analyzing and incorporating improvements in processes.
- Good communication skills, written and verbal in English and Hindi.

Benefits/ Compensation
Terms & Conditions of the Employment:
- The initial designation would be Management trainee /Trainee.
- The candidate will be in a training period for first 6 Months and then from 6th Month to 12th Months they will be in the On Job Training.
- The Shortlisted Candidate will have to sign the Employment Bond for the Period of Two (2) Years.
- If the candidate wishes to discontinue the employment within the bond period then they have to pay the training cost of Rs. 80,000/- to the company.
- The salary in hand for the first one year will be Rs. 15000/- months. All other benefits like insurance, Travel Allowance and or any allowance applicable to the job role will be provided separately.
- The Notice period after the bond duration will be 60 Days.
- The salary hike is done Annually which depends on the companys performance & Individual performance. Average hike per year ranges from 5% to 50% on basic.
