Desired Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of experience as teacher/ coordinator/Vice Principal/ Head of segment/HM/ Principal preferably in 2 or more curricula (IB, CBSE, CIE).
- Any Masters Degree with teaching certification like B.Ed or equivalent
- In depth Knowledge of pedagogy of different curricula
- Knowledge of processes and best practices followed at International Schools
- Demonstrable experience of heading academic teams
- Ability to coach and mentor senior leadership team at the schools.
- Contemporary knowledge of best practices of educational institutes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills and confident use of communication technology
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills; high attention to detail
