JOB DETAIL

  • Responsible for Managing Mortgage Loan Operations and Manage teams working on Mortgage Loan origination, Underwriting, Accounting and Loan Servicing.
  • Responsible for managing performance, motivation and training of employees.
  • Responsible to get all Documents from Potential Borrower or a Broker
  • Communicates directly with the Borrower or a broker
  • Effective communication by email, by phone, and obtains the proper documentation needed
  • Coordination with origination team and underwriting team
  • Review and audit of documentation as per checklist and ensure completeness of loan file
  • Responsible to provide all other back office support for Mortgage Loan Operations
