We are looking for a Senior Manager to join our Client s Delivery team based in Hyderabad . The group is responsible for developing new infrastructure for the firm's high-volume processing environment and works closely with US-based teams to specify, develop, and implement new applications. The primary responsibilities include:

• process mapping, process re-engineering and data modeling.

• on-boarding new clients and liaising with the Technology and Services staff throughout the process lifecycle.

• delivering excellent customer service with a highly structured approach while demonstrating project management experience.

The ideal candidate must have

-a minimum of 12 years of experience in a related role and an excellent academic record prior to the same. The individual must be able to adapt to a start-up environment while possessing a history of delivering high-quality work to senior stakeholders.

experience in working with software vendor(s) in financial services, in support of the middle and back office trade life-cycle, andor interacting with hedge funds and other asset managers. Additionally, the ability to multitask and manage multiple clients is a definite plus.
