  • Partner with HR COE Teams to drive strategic HR agenda and initiatives
  • Implement new policies, procedures, and programs in support of business
  • Provide employees with HR policy guidance
  • Actively participate in relevant team environments and engage across different teams, manage performance, talent retention, career planning and talent development
  • Ability to understand the business metrics to drive appropriate outcomes
  • Strong analytical skills with experience of managing and analyzing data
  • Strong business insight with a keen aptitude to quickly assimilate new information
  • Educational Qualifications

    MBA in HR
