Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Directly responsible for establishing and executing strategies aiming at the expansion of the groups online affiliates to ensure successful development and implementation of the client affiliate campaigns.
  • Research, initiate and execute plans to develop partnerships with online affiliates, affiliate networks and to introducing new technologies, targeted at key brand specific demographics.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing affiliate partners and nurture them for incremental revenue year on year and ensure effective lead generation.
  • Develop digital marketing activities for the existing affiliates including conceptualization of marketing messages, copy and creative ideas, along with their execution and live placement.
  • Monitor, track, and evaluate all affiliate marketing activities with a focus on spend Vs. ROI of the campaigns and ensure their compliance with company policies.
  • Accountable for the Affiliate marketing budget development and implementation for all company brands and to have a financial framework against which all marketing activities are steered and followed up.
  • Utilize relevant metrics to measure success and analyse data to make recommendations to improve existing campaigns and develop new strategies.
  • Responsible for the performance of the affiliate marketing team by holding regular team meetings, assigning work clearly, carrying out merit reviews, providing coaching for direct reports, selecting & inducting team members.
  • Establish, support, and further develop cooperation and communication with external and internal partners/stakeholders to build relationships of mutual trust, ensure cohesive approach, internal efficiencies & external value proposition.
  • Accountable for proactive and commercial management of publishers/affiliates to ensure results and performance reach targets required.
  • Provide development, preparation and reporting on the work of the function to facilitate informed decision-making at GEI top management and other stakeholders level.
