• Lead Mechanical Design competency initiatives and help in talent building within organization level.
• Mentor all Mechanical Design/Mechanical CAD activities.
• Co-ordinate with teams, identifying skill gaps and developing relevant trainings, assignment & monitor- Independently.
• Provides technical guidance & support for mechanical design projects.
• Responsible for connecting with SMEs to build competencies and share knowledge, learnings & best practices across organization teams.
• Support ME Ecosystem development
• Understand & explore latest & future technology advancements in the Mechanical Design and check potential scope of implementation.
• Able to work with all stakeholders and implements initiatives.
• Help in Improving mechanical design service offerings by exploring new areas in, process, tools, and automation.

Essential Skill set/s:

• Passionate about identifying future technologies innovation trends and business opportunities.
• Independently able to develop, strategize and planning new interventions that will drive innovation.
• Experience in managing team of mechanical design.
• Hands on experience with mechanical CAD applications, primarily on Solid works & Creo
• Experience in Manufacturing Process and developing Plastic & Sheetmetal parts.
• Excellent communication & team building skills
