JOB DETAIL

  • Need to know about visa filing steps related to H1B visa, TN Visa and Green Card process;
  • Able to work on all types of H1B Cases like CAP, Transfer, Amendment and Extension cases;
  • Experience in handling Request for Additional Evidences (RFE).
  • Need to work on collection of required documents for their US Visa filing;
  • Help employees to get client and vendor letters for H1B cases by coordinating with vendors;
  • Need to work with Attorney for filing the H1B Visa petitions;
  • Need to maintain & update H1B employee information records in Excel Sheet & prepares Employment agreement letters for all H-1B
  • Able to communicate with US Employees regarding their cases and guide them accordingly about it; and
  • Able to guide employees for H1-B visa stamping process, by preparing documents and briefing the candidate on visa stamping process.
  • Should able to work on Outlook, MS Office specially in word formatting and Excel Sheets.
  • Able to coordinate with Attorney firms in US for all the visa filings.
  • Need to know about visa filing steps related to H1B visa, TN Visa and Green Card process;

  • Need to know and work on Filing PERM, I-140, I-485, Petition Letter, and Supporting documents.
  • Experience in handling Request for Additional Evidences (RFE) by working on required documents from employee and others.
  • Need work on complete paperwork related to H1B visa cases and F1 STEM Extensions, Green Cards, and others;
  • Help US Employees to get client and vendor letters for H1B cases by coordinating with vendors;
  • Need to maintain & update H1B employee information records in Excel Sheet & prepares Employment agreement letters for all H-1B
