Recruitment for vacant positions
Schedule & coordinate day to day interviews and also screen candidates in the first level.
Sourcing of candidates profile from Job portals(Naukri/Linkedin/Indeed.etc.) and other sources (Social media), taking preliminary interview, getting technical / HR / Management round of interviews.
Issuance of offer letter, appointment letter, transfer letter, promotion letter, service agreement, Non-disclosure agreement etc.
Maintenance of active candidate database, joined employees file, rejected and on hold candidates file.
Computation of salary breakup and offers.
Prepare relevant weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports.
Assist employees at HO and sites for grievances solving.
Assist new employee joining formalities.
Stay updated with latest government notifications, new legislation and norms.
