JOB DETAIL

  • Should be Responsible for Recruitment and Selection process of the candidates.
  • Responsible for End to End recruitment coordination
  • Recruitment for vacant positions
  • Schedule & coordinate day to day interviews and also screen candidates in the first level.
  • Sourcing of candidates profile from Job portals(Naukri/Linkedin/Indeed.etc.) and other sources (Social media), taking preliminary interview, getting technical / HR / Management round of interviews.
  • Issuance of offer letter, appointment letter, transfer letter, promotion letter, service agreement, Non-disclosure agreement etc.
  • Maintenance of active candidate database, joined employees file, rejected and on hold candidates file.
  • Computation of salary breakup and offers.
  • Prepare relevant weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports.
  • Assist employees at HO and sites for grievances solving.
  • Assist new employee joining formalities.
  • Stay updated with latest government notifications, new legislation and norms.
