Gaian Solutions is working with some of the industry s' largest broadcasting groups to operate a Openstack based Cloud Content Delivery Platform that leverages the best of AI, ML and Data Science technologies in monetizing content delivery services for the 3.0 ecosystem.
- Write technically accurate, concise, and easy-to-understand content.
- Good understanding of DDLC process
- Work with the SMEs to understand the modules and develop the content with a quick turnaround time.
- Sprint with Dev, QA, BA, and other teams
- Produce various documents such as user guides, release notes, admin guides, and on boarding walkthroughs
- Manage multiple projects and meet documentation deliverable deadlines
- Seamlessly work independently or as a part of the team.
- Basic understanding of Jira
- Good understanding of MSTP
- Create videos using tools such as Camtasia or Captivate
- Spearhead documentation efforts by coming with innovative ideas.
- Hands-on experience in writing API guides using Swagger.
- Provide inputs to UI/UX team.
- Good understanding of authoring tools such as Confluence, RoboHelp, and/or Madcap Flare.
- Experience in writing for SaaS products.
