Define new business requirements and provide gap analysis
Prepare detailed functional specifications for extensions, interfaces, reports, and conversions (MD50s and TE40s)
Be responsible for QA development and customizations, extensions, migrations, localizations, and integrations (CEMLIs )
Develop and deliver end-user training
Provide functional validation and support
Show broad range of competency involving relevant modules and interactions between modules, e.g., PR to Accounts payables (AP)
Demonstrate good business judgment when evaluating requirements; assess the impact of potential changes and solutions to mitigate negative outcomes
Manage and plan in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
Provide guidance on how technology solutions could solve business problems and enable new business functionality.
Create and maintain process flow documentation and assistance with user training
Provide guidance to other business analysts on best practices aligned with development standards and processes
What you will bring
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or international equivalent; MBA in finance or equivalent, or chartered or cost accountant
5 years of work experience with Oracle application financial modules
Wide implementation experience in implementing Oracle Financials
Excellent functional knowledge and experience with modules in the Financials suite like E-Business Tax, General Ledger (GL), Project Accounting (PA) and Localization, GST with demonstrated understanding of end-to-end business process and industry best practices around the Source-to-Pay cycle
Good to have knowledge on Accounts Receivable(AR), Fixed Assets (FA) modules
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Fluent English language proficiency
Detailed and concise written communication and documentation skills
Expertise in facilitating meetings, webinars, and conference calls
Subject matter expert in P2P solutions designing and enhancements, business process re-engineering, and business process mapping
Willingness to work as part of a team and under tight timelines and contribute as needed
Experience with other tools like Business Objects or alternative reporting tool
Excellent proactive written and verbal communication skills with business and IT associates
Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks or projects
