Be integral member in signing off the design and solution developed by development teams before accepting the change in Production

Supporting key business processes / activities including but not limited to Month end and Yearend support activities to Business users

Utilizing past experience to implement innovative approaches to help improve business processes and system performance

Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously , prioritize workload effectively , and thrive in a dynamic environment

Improve the enterprise systems by leveraging existing solutions when building new technology

Collaborate with non ERP development teams to design efficient , supportable and scalable solutions

RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS

Oracle APPS DBA with expertise of Windows SQL Server admin and troubleshooting

Act as Subject Matter Expert on Oracle EBS and related technologies

Driving resolution of production support issues

Regularly ensuring good health of production systems and data integrity with upstream / downstream systems

Effectively resolve problems and roadblocks as they occur , consistently following through on details while driving innovation as well as issue resolution and anticipates and prevents problems before they occur.

Debug complex issues and present their impact along with recommended solution to users and management
