• 4-9 Years of experience on Oracle ERP Applications in Finance/Supply Chain modules.
• Driving resolution of production support issues predominantly in Order to Cash, Procure
to Pay cycle, Inventory, General Ledger, Human Resource, Service Contracts and Install
Based on Rel 12 Oracle apps.
• Regularly ensuring good health of production systems and data integrity with
upstream/downstream systems
• Effectively resolve problems and roadblocks as they occur, consistently following through
on details while driving innovation as well as issue resolution and anticipates and prevents
problems before they occur.
• Debug complex issues and present their impact along with a recommended solution to
users and management
• Supporting key business processes/activities including but not limited to Month-end and
Year-end support activities to Business users
• Excellent communications skills (written and verbal) and should be able to independently
engage with business stakeholders throughout the ticket lifecycle
• Ability to orchestrate multiple activities simultaneously
• Ability to present facts in a simplified manner for mixed audience from technical &
business background
• Experience on Oracle tools SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms and Reports, XML Publisher,
Workflow, UNIX Shell Scripts, OAF, and ADF.
• Building custom forms.
• Experience with Performance Tuning & Code Profiling
