Core Responsibilities 
To provide timely and accurate services to the patients service users.
To demonstrate effective application of professional knowledge and clinical acumen.
To keep abreast with latest research, development techniques in the field
To ensure service excellence with high standard of customer service ( reduce
waiting time, no negative occurrence, Pro activeness)
To ensure smooth running of the department
To ensure that test methodologies are followed in 100% of samples.
To facilitate teaching and training programs to subordinates.
To ensure optimum utilisation of resources by self and subordinates.
To be well groomed, punctual adhere to company policies and practices.
To ensure safe utilisation of equipment and proper waste disposal system.
To have complete orientation of QMS and EMS system of Hospital.
To have complete Awareness about Disaster Management Program (DMP) of the hospital.
To Comply with the service quality Process, environmental occupational issues policies of the respective area.
To Comply with patient safety policy

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualifications :
MD or DNB in Pathology/ Equivalent Qualification
Experience Required- 6months to 1year
