Required -

• Strong experience in software development with hands on experience on PEGA PRPC
• Experience of enterprise level systems development with strong knowledge of industry standard interface protocols (i.e. SOAP, MQ, HTTP, EJB, etc.)
• Strong Integration experience
• String experience in development of Pega projects
• Extensive experience in skills-Best Practices, Task Estimation, Unit Testing, Code Reviews, Risk Identification
• Worked on at least one Smart BPM project lifecycle
• Good understanding of software engineering practices and architecture guidelines
• Very good verbal and written communication skills
• Good understanding of US healthcare

Preferred -

• Hands-on technical on Pega PRPC
• CSSA or higher Pega PRPC, PRPC 7, certification
• Good understanding of Pega healthcare or related frameworks
• Health Care Company enterprise application landscape understanding
