Work will include design and build components of enterprise applications and provide consultative guidance on all project assignments for our clients.

Working on-site or offshore location as per project/customer requirement, this role will work as part of a project team to ensure that the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for Application design development PEGA 7.x and 8.x.

• Troubleshoot PEGA Application issues and fix.

• Participate in design discussion and understand the domain and requirements.

• Prepare Technical Specification Document.

• Implement performance improvement fixes.

• Strictly follow the standard coding and testing procedures.

• Analyse requirements and create a quick prototype.

• Good team player; able to work with virtual teams across geographies.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Perform show tell and demo activities for stakeholders and improve the application based on feedback.
