  • Minimum 3- 4 end- to- end hands- on implementation experience of Oracle EPM FCCS application
  • Hands- on implementation experience on: Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Hyperion Financial Close Management (FCM), FDMEE, Smart View Hyperion Financial Reporting (HFR)
  • Hands- on experience implementing FCCS on: Statutory reporting, Management Reporting, Multi- GAAP, IFRS, Allocations, Intercompany Eliminations, Currency Translations Requirements
  • Expert understanding experience on functional aspects of EPM including Income Statement, Balance Sheet Cash Flow reporting
  • FCCS/HFM rules writing: read, write, amend understand the impact on the system
  • FCCS/ HFM Metadata: read, write, amend understand the impact on the system
  • Experience building integration between FCCS, ERP HCM using Data Management or FDMEE
  • Experience in writing business rules, calc scripts, calc manager rules, VBA scripts to cater various business functionalities
  • Understanding experience of the setup of security, user groups provisioning
  • Support all EPM activities including configuration, testing and verification
  • accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge


  • Minimum 2-3 project experience of implementation of Oracle ARCS modules
  • should be able to create reporting
  • Should be able to work on new enhancements and look at the current applications efficiency and effectiveness of the procedures in place or to be implemented.
  • Should be able to work on period close activities and making sure that application unavailability is minimal from client perspective


  • The Oracle EPBCS Lead is responsible for working on the project management, implementation (along with Oracle consultants) and on the maintenance, customizations of the Oracle EPBCS applications
  • The resource will lead integration conversations across processes with finance and accounting.
  • The resource will work on building Oracle EPBCS application components including business rules, web forms, navigation flows, reports, etc. and other related tasks as required.
  • The resource will work closely with the onsite FP&A team on financial reporting, budgeting, planning, allocations, and consolidations and work closely with the systems team for enhancements and customizations.

Other Responsibilities-

  • Contribute to the training and development of other EPM Resources
  • Responsible for overall solution architecting of Oracle EPM modules
  • Working closely with Oracle Cloud Financials Solution Architects
  • Understanding customer requirements and recommending best practices
  • Support all EPM activities including configuration, testing and verification.
