Presales , Business Analysis, Program management , Proposal writing, RFP, RFI, solution design, Excellent Communication Skills, Flixibility in terms of work timings as per business need, Analytical Skills, Business Analysis , Power BI, Process Designing Understand business needs, collect and analyze requirements for software products and custom solutions Author and own various types of Requirements, Functional, Technical, and other SDLC, QA, and CSV documents Identify current and future state of business processes Consult on business processes, negotiate with cross-functional stakeholders Prototyping for proof of concept Microsoft automation using Office 365 tools Power apps, Teams, Power automate Analytics dashboards to provide insights foresight Facilitate (along with Project Manager) various meetings including functional, technical sessions8.
Conduct user reviews, UATs, etc.
Manage client stakeholders independently and with Project Manager9.
For internal products, work closely with the Development Team Be the guardian of process, requirements, and product strategy/vision Be up-to-date with the technology landscape especially in Pharma Regulatory Perform technology assessments including data, security, risk, etc.
