Roles and Responsibilities
- Experience in working with product management and development teams.
- Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment and increasing transparency.
- Conduct project level planning and review, resource identification and allocation, schedule and milestone tracking and cost management.
- Understands the full SDLC with agile Scrum experience.
- Should have experience as a PO in multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Qentelli is seeking someone who has a clear expression of product backlog items.
- Prioritized items in the product backlog which best achieves goals.
- Experience with Scaled Agile and Scrum development.
- Have experience with widely successful Agile techniques: user stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Automated Testing.
- Ensuring the Development Team understands items in the product backlog not just at the surface level.
