1. Minimum of 15 year of progressive experience in handling overseas account in software development and maintenance

2. Should have evolved to the role of Program manager with software development experience on Java J2EE / .Net Technology/Middleware Technologies

3. Preferable pass out from premier institute (IIT/REC etc)

4. Past demonstrable experience in software development

5. Demonstrable experience in managing account of at least 200 team members.

6. Demonstrable experience of handling complex program/demanding customer/ or transforming of badly executed account/program.

Skills, Knowledge & Ability
1. Very strong fundamentals in project/program lifecycle.
2. Skilled in creating detail plans, schedule, estimation.
3. Skilled in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project
4. Knowledge on team dynamics and performance management and feedback.
5. Knowledge on customer behavior and management.
6. Excellent communication skills.
7. Excellent presentation skills.
8. Ability to drive team and technology without much of supervision.
9. Skilled in managing P&L of account.
