- Reviewing the P & ID diagram of Pharma Water System
- Making the plan for cable routing for field mounted instruments
- Terminations of Instruments at control panel as per wiring diagram
- Reviewing the connections as per the wiring diagram
- Test the instruments in simulation mode.
- Troubleshooting of Instruments
- software downloading PLC and HMI
- Making minute changes in HMI screen as per the client requirement
- Technical service support to the client
- Performing IQ and OQ
- making the documents like slope report ,boroscopy etc
- Groom new engineers
- Highpurity Water System to be Handing over to client
