• Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules
• Sharing relevant documentation and reports with project teams
• Being point of contact for cross functional groups
• Facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members
• Providing support to project managers and business team when requested
• Ensuring project deadlines are met
• Providing project administrative support as needed
• Undertaking project tasks as required
