Roles and Responsibilities
	- Liaise with management and clients to identify and define project requirements, scopes, and objectives.
- Align with organizational goals. Juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
- Working closely with our Project Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects.
- Excellent time management and communication skills, as youll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines
- Sharing relevant documentation and reports with project teams. Providing information and regular support to stakeholders
- Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets
- Develop and maintain project performance databases that track overall progress and the accomplishment of specific milestones
- Ensure equipment orders are placed on time and are accurate to meet customer equipment installation needs and corresponding repair schedules
- Tracks and coordinates installation related issues, ensures accurate and timely resolution.
Serves as the escalation contact for the client on any installation related issues Confirms successful installation with client
