High maturity to help interact with Customer and internal stakeholders
Atleast 1 to 3 years of exp in handling medium to large size projects preferably of US
Onsite experience and working with MNCs preferred
Strong experience in handling projects in the specified technology and Domain
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage the delivery of Sensiple projects through the complete lifecycle ensuring that the project is delivered on time, meets business technical requirements and is within the agreed budget
To achieve the desired project outcome of both a Sensiple and Client perspective with responsibilities for developing long term relationships with clients
Anticipate, manage and resolve day-to-day operational issues and act as the point of contact to the customer
Provide support and assistance to Project Management best practices and Quality
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all the stakeholders
Manage the delivery of multiple projects on-time and within budget
Establish and maintain a good relationship with customer
Act as a point of contact for the for Customer Team
Establish an excellent relationship with customer
Understand and articulate the business objective of the projects to stakeholders, Internal departments and Development teams and the same is achieved
Assess and communicate the risk to the Senior Management
Communicate and highlight all updates to client whilst projects are running
Prepare the project dashboard and share with the Senior Management stakeholders
Monitor the project process and track progress against milestones, deadlines and budget
Report on these items to key stakeholders
Understand the high-level technical architecture and be able to facilitate debate to arrive an appropriate solution
Use best practices and contribute to the project process and quality management system
Assist where appropriate in defining business requirements and to understand complex client and user needs
