Roles and Responsibilities

1. To act as single point of contact for all customer projects, this includes all technical and scientific coordination between various department and sites of Shilpa. Management of all aspects of Projects to coordinate with head office on techno commercial matters and liaise with customers.

2. To Co-ordinate with cross functional team of the organization and collecting time lines for each mile stone activity.

3. Work closely with cross functional team for effective execution of customer projects within agreed timelines.

4. Preparation of MOM for the teleconference and circulate to the respective Customer and individual Stake holders.

5. To act as single point contact for site transfer project (Shilpa to other sites) between CMO and Shilpa. To Manage all aspects of site transfer projects internally at Shilpa

6. To perform any other activity as assigned by Reporting Head.
