Seeking an astute individual that has a strong technical foundation with the additional ability to be hands-on with the broader engineering team as part of the development/deployment cycle, deep knowledge of industry best practices, with the ability to implement them working with Platform, Product and Partner implementation teams.
Scope:
Manages multiple, concurrent Cloud Projects
Manages project quality to ensure customer satisfaction and ROI
Provides regular project communication and status reporting
Resolves project issues including budget, timeline, and scope
Works with the customer to ensure customer satisfaction and manage customer escalations
Ensure Partner education, governance and customer KPIs during implementation cycle
What you ll do:
Work collaboratively with the customers/Partners to ensure customer satisfaction and manage customer escalations
Ensure adherence to the engagement service SLAs KPIs
Creates service delivery strategy and plans, resource plans, and manages delivery risks and issues.
Drives innovation and continuous improvement in processes, service delivery
Drives improvement in employee and team engagement level proactively
Guide partner implementation team on BYs defined implementation practices and ensure adherence to them
Enable partners gain competency on BY products
