  • Seeking an astute individual that has a strong technical foundation with the additional ability to be hands-on with the broader engineering team as part of the development/deployment cycle, deep knowledge of industry best practices, with the ability to implement them working with Platform, Product and Partner implementation teams.

Scope:

  • Manages multiple, concurrent Cloud Projects
  • Manages project quality to ensure customer satisfaction and ROI
  • Provides regular project communication and status reporting
  • Resolves project issues including budget, timeline, and scope
  • Works with the customer to ensure customer satisfaction and manage customer escalations
  • Ensure Partner education, governance and customer KPIs during implementation cycle

What you ll do:

  • Work collaboratively with the customers/Partners to ensure customer satisfaction and manage customer escalations
  • Ensure adherence to the engagement service SLAs KPIs
  • Creates service delivery strategy and plans, resource plans, and manages delivery risks and issues.
  • Drives innovation and continuous improvement in processes, service delivery
  • Drives improvement in employee and team engagement level proactively
  • Guide partner implementation team on BYs defined implementation practices and ensure adherence to them
  • Enable partners gain competency on BY products
