Job Title: Associate Project Manager/Project Coordinator

Job Location: Hyderabad

Job Type: Full Time/Permanent

Experience required: 1-4 years

The role entails management of software development projects from planning to execution to delivery, documentation and reporting, ensuring process alignment with Agile development philosophy, facilitating cross-functional team coordination and collaboration.

Required Skills

  • 1 - 4 years of working experience in IT Project/Delivery Management.
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering/IT/Maths/Statistics, or MBA with specialization in Operations.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of concepts related to SDLC, agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum and Kanban, PMP, and Six Sigma.
  • Enthusiastic, energetic with passionate commitment to deliver products on time.
  • Ability to manage stakeholder and collaborate with teams for issue resolution.
  • Experience in Project Effort Estimation and executing project within effort and schedule.
  • Ability to understand and represent both the business and technology.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.

 

Responsibilities

  • Taking ownership of project deliverables and participate in the full lifecycle of the development process.
  • Define project tasks and identify resource requirements.
  • Manage Project within Effort, Schedule, and Quality assurance.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines, deliverables and milestones using PM tools.
  • Facilitate daily stand-up, sprint planning, review, retrospective, and releases.
  • Create or analyze business requirements documents and project timelines.
  • Coordination of tasks among teams in US and India.
  • Collaborate with inter-department teams for issue resolution.
  • Constantly monitor and report on progress, risks to all stakeholders, identify issues and bottlenecks and perform root cause analysis, and evaluate performance.
  • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
