JOB DETAIL
The following is a list of the major responsibilities of the Project Manager:
Designing, installation, commissioning and qualification of Utility equipment, HVAC, Clean utility, Production machinery for Green field and brown filed projects for pharmaceuticals industry.
Involvement in the selection of process and utility equipment's.
Exposure to oral solid dosage and injection manufacturing facility.
Knowledge of Plant automation, operation and maintenance of pharmaceuticals equipment.
Preparation of the project schedule and tracking of the execution activity.
Follow ups with internal and external stakeholders.
Adherence to stick to the quality and safety norm.
Should have good communication skill.
Review the project plans, specifications and comment on the building design, scheduling, possible cost savings measures and potential construction problems.
Involvement with the purchase team to generate purchase requisition and releasing of purchased orders to the selected vendor.
Reviewing of engineering drawings, URS, Specifications, QMS documents and site layouts.
Exposure of various regulatory audits and guidelines for pharmaceuticals facility such as USFDA, EU GMP, MHRA and WHO.
Experience of handling tender document bid proposal.
Preparation of project budget, estimation and cost control.
Coordination with various internal and external stakeholders.
Expedite all shop drawings and approvals given by vendor and consultants.
Monitor and maintain the project construction schedule on a weekly basis.
Raise and discuss relevant issues at the job site meetings. Prepare & issue minutes of all site meetings.
Hands on experience of the contractors billing, payments, site management and safety.
Inform the Consultant/Contractor of any errors, discrepancies or omissions contained within the Consultants design drawings.
