- Identifying new process opportunities and accurately analyzing and estimating new processes, quickly assessing feasibility.
- Analyzing, understanding and documenting the business processes in detail where required.
- Identifying and communicating the technical infrastructure requirements.
- Experience in AGILE and running Scrums etc
- Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
- Mentoring colleagues through the required training and accreditation program providing advice and guidance on best practice and development techniques
- Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of transformation solution and providing timely responses and solutions as required.
- Communicating with teams on software related issues, suggested improvements and participating with other users
- Working within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the deliveryproject manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process.
- Manage full project lifecycle, work with internal and external stakeholders and deliver progress reports to senior management
- Critical path identification, analysis and adjustments within assigned project
- Stakeholder management across BTT, CFUs and GCB&A to co-ordinate and validate benefits assumptions to build the desire business case
- Comfortably leads less complex projects with waterfall hybrida mix of delivery methods operating at the lower end of agile maturity scale
