  • Work with DPS customers to build client relationships, value propositions and lead the pursuit of implementation services for assigned clients

  • Proposal development/management, implementation scoping and estimating

  • Manage project issues and client expectations and escalate as needed

  • Assist in pre-sales activities for implementation services

  • Assist in building best practices and benchmarks from completed projects
