JOB DETAIL

  • Project Manager is responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from Statement of Work (SOW) to completion.
  • This role requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders while managing multiple projects in parallel.
  • Ideal candidate will have experience in handling managing multiple large E-Leaning projects within Learning Development domain.

Key responsibilities

  • Leading project planning sessions
  • Coordinating with project teams and functional leads
  • Managing project progress and ensuring projects deadlines are met
  • Project reporting to internal and client stakeholders
  • Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Monitoring efforts and budgets and ensuring a healthy profitability margin
  • Ensuring internal and client quality benchmarks are met
  • Ensuring project development lifecycle process is followed
  • Designing risk mitigation and communication plan
  • Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for internal and client stakeholders
  • Optimising and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
  • Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects
  • Managing and planning work allocation for large and diverse teams
