As the HR Operations Global Project Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating and driving project management processes, progress, and tools across the HR functions. This role will also act as a team leader to provide direction on enterprise-wide program roadmap. The Global Project Manager will also be responsible for building out the Otis HR program management framework and key large-scale project execution in support of HR transformation goals.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated strong global project management experience across multiple functional areas. Show that they can effectively work across geographies ensuring alignment with HR Operations strategy and goals. As you will be contributing to HR strategy, enterprise framework, and exercising excellent project management skills, the candidate may also have demonstrated previous success across other HR roles as well as global initiatives.
