 Lead Project Team to ensure project management & PMO processes are being followed

- Interfacing and liaising with all project business, technical and management stakeholders to drive projects and programs

- Understand projects rolling up to program and organization strategy level

- Driving projects / programs at organization level through understanding and supporting product and technical strategies

- Lead and conduct stand-up calls / play role of scrum master at program / project level

- Lead agile based project management with conduction of all scrum rituals such as sprint planning, sprint retrospective, scrum of scrums, mega scrum of scrums, etc.

- Provide consultation to project teams on agile / waterfall project management practices

- Resolve impediments using network of peers, seniors through formal channels, timely escalations and highlights

- Tracking and maintaining enterprise project management tool (ADO experience is preferable)

- Preparing and improving project documentation templates and repository

- Follow and improve PMO / project / program management processes / functions

- Follow and improve change management processes / functions

- Improving / innovating / introducing new dashboards / reports / formats to represent program and project status
