This role will be part of a team responsible for functional testing and support of global corporate tools to support various teams throughout the organization. This position requires technical proficiency as well as an eager attitude, professionalism, proactiveness and solid communication skills. The QA Analyst will bring experience in systems and integration testing, analyzing and understanding business requirements, writing, maintaining and executing test cases, raising and monitoring defects up to their resolution and participating in requirements gathering. This person will be able to help to mentor other members of the team and manage project work independently.

Core Duties
- Test and support applications in a range of global software platforms (primarily Salesforce and ServiceNow) and various other corporate systems and tools
- Collaborate with other internal groups to understand and analyze business and functional requirements, to mitigate risk
- Communicate with internal customers in non-technical terms and propose solutions
- Work on multiple projects from requirements gathering phase through to development and functional testing, user acceptance testing, deployment to production and post go live releases
- Participate in meetings and organize work and/or training sessions around new software being introduced into the ICE technology environment
- Write and maintain test cases of the highest quality for new and existing application features
- Report bugs and ensure all issues are handled efficiently.

Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a testing capacity / role
- Experience using a test management application, such as XRay, HP ALM, TestComplete, Zephyr, TestRail
- Strong demonstrable experience in functional system testing and systems integration testing

Desired Skills and Experience
These skills are not required but will be considered as an added advantage:
- Experience in testing Salesforce and ServiceNow applications, or any similar cloud-based platform is highly desirable
- Experience with any of the following technologies / tools: Python, SOAP / REST, XML, SharePoint, SOAP UI / Postman, SQL, JIRA
- Previous test automation experience with Python / Selenium
- Some form of customer-facing or consulting experience
- Experience working as part of a global team, working across multiple timezones
