Create and develop test cases and test scripts for various modules.
Execute test scripts for the TriZetto Facets applications and modules.
Perform defect analysis of failed test cases and develop solutions for the same by coordinating with development teams.
Validate professional, institutional, and dentist claims in Facets, verify codes with description and requirements verify adjudication process of claim in Facets.
Utilize best practices and concepts for the testing of the Facets application and other large healthcare software packages.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of US Healthcare software/application testing with a comprehensive knowledge of standard formal testing procedures, and software development life cycle.
Familiarity with the TriZetto Facets system (membership, billing, and claims transactions) is a plus.
Experience in EDI, Eligibility (HIPAA 834, 837, 270, 271), and others.
Solid understanding of HP-ALM, test strategy, detailed test planning, and test execution.
In-depth knowledge of testing quality by employing top tools and standards techniques.
Familiar with health care working environment, standards, business, and delivery process.
Extensive knowledge of health information and healthcare services regulatory environment including HIPAA, Medicaid/Medicare, and EDI.
Knowledge of EDI and HIPAA testing privacy with multiple transaction exposure such as new-member enrolment, 834 inbound, claim 837 inbound, or claim adjudication, response to claim 835 outbound, 276 status inquiry, 277 response, and 270 eligibility/271 benefits.
