We are looking for candidate for ensuring overall compliances of organization including TDS,

GST, FCRA, Labour laws etc. Handling department notices, assessments and follow up of

TDS receivable. Guiding all departments for necessary procedure to be followed. Periodic

review of compliances and reporting to management on quarterly basis for non-compliances


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant
  • Minimum 6 yrs of experience post qualification
  • Working experience in SAP Environment
  • Good Communication Skills (written and verbal)
  • Stakeholder Management Skills
  • Finance & Accounting Skills
  • Working knowledge on TDS, GST, IT Assessments etc.
  • Good Analytical skills
  • Quick problem resolution skills


Key Roles/Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring overall compliances adherence of organization

• Review of TDS remittances and return filing and managing department notices, assessments

• Review of GST monthly returns and challans, reconciliation with Books and returns. Annual returns review

• Handling GST auditors and ensuring adherence to suggestions and feedback

• Handling of FCRA audit and ensuring 100% adherence without deviation

• Review of payroll related compliances. Follow up with HR team for return filings, challan remittances as per due


• Reporting of fund requirement towards compliances to Banking/Treasury team as per due dates in advance

• Reports generation from Comply Global Tool on quarterly basis and review of inputs given by all team members

• IT assessments, Follow up of TDS receivable

• Responding to queries, notices on need basis from Govt. Authorities

• Assisting business team in terms of tax related advices and ensuring compliance for all new & existing projects

• Guiding team members for ensuring TAT, SOPs complying& Adherence to acts. Assisting team on need basis for

process to be followed.

• Handling of Internal audit of organization and ensuring adherence to process controls as defined

• Ensuring necessary accounting in Books along with periodical reconciliations

• Coordination with Auditors & Assisting in Finalization activities

• Assisting towards Financial Compliance Committee meetings with Group entity Board members.

• Training & Developing team members with best practices of F&A domain for compliances
