JOB DETAIL

  • Write and post job descriptions on career websites.
  • Evaluate and screen resumes before client submissions.
  • Assist in Onboarding Paperwork.
  • Independently handle submissions for different clients on different portals.
  • Take care of the pre and post-interview communications.
  • Attend Spot/Manager calls and help the team with the notes/call pointers.
  • Work closely with a corporate recruiter on daily tasks, schedules, and support
  • Work closely with a corporate recruiter on Adhoc projects.
  • Maintaining recruitment data sheets on a daily basis.
  • Maintain employees attendance sheet and birthday wishes/ joining wishes

What You Know

  • 3 years of recruiting experience to evaluate and screen resumes before client submissions.
  • Experience in scheduling a heavy volume of phone/virtual and onsite interviews.
  • Working knowledge of different Applicant tracking systems (Lever, Job Diva, IBM Kenexa, SAP, Workday, etc.).
  • Technical background is required.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • A proactive and quick learner.
  • Good presentation skills.

Education

  • Bachelors Degree
